31 m² apartment in Kyiv

Thirty-one square metres holding an entrance hall, a kitchen with a table for four, a bedroom, a work area and a bathroom.

The brief

A flat in a new residential complex on the left bank of Kyiv. The clients are a young couple working in IT, no children and no pets, who like travelling and having friends over.

After the redistribution the flat became more spacious and gained everything the clients needed: an entrance hall, a kitchen with a table for four, a bedroom, a work area and a bathroom.

In a small space every centimetre is used, even where it does not look like it. The leftover wall piers were faced with mirror to widen the room visually.
