Blue variant: petrol-blue kitchen volume and a terracotta modular sofa in a 67 m² apartment in Kyiv
Apartment · Kyiv · 2023

Six colours for the same room, 67 m² in Kyiv

The same 67 m² room drawn in terracotta, blue, pink, black, green and beige — so the client could choose by eye.

The brief

In this publication we show the different colour solutions that were offered to our clients. It shows clearly how the same room changes depending on the colours and their number.

The base does not change in any of the versions: exposed concrete ceiling, white panelled walls, herringbone oak floor, marble worktop and a brass tap.

What changes is the kitchen volume and the column by the entrance. Six colours, the same shot, and the decision stops being an argument about taste and becomes a choice between pictures.

What we did

  • Interior design of the apartment
  • Six alternative palettes for the shared area
  • Lacquered kitchen drawn to measure
  • 3D images of every colour variant
